We run 6 senior teams; 1st XV, 2nd XV (Dolphins), 'A' XV, an Academy (under 19s), a Vets side (Mariners) and a Ladies team.

We have a thriving and well established Mini & Junior Section where there are Mini and Junior Teams for all age groups from 7 to Under 16.

Senior training nights are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7.30pm.
