HRFC WILL BE IN NATIONAL DIVISION 3 SOUTH FOR 2008- 09

We run 5 senior teams; 1st XV, 2nd XV (Dolphins), 'A' XV, an Academy (under 19s) and a Vets side (Mariners).

We have a thriving and well established Mini & Junior Section where there are Mini and Junior Teams for all age groups from 7 to Under 16.

Training nights are: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7pm for the 1st & 2nd XV, and 6.15pm for the Academy; and Wednesdays from 7pm for the 'A' XV, and Vets. Any players wanting to join should turn up at  training or contact Simon Morgan on 07714 447323.
